We are rounding out the first month of the year (and the decade!). It’s a great time to check in on what is working and what needs our attention.

So, my Dear:  How are YOU doing?

Are you rocking your goals and getting into a groove?

If so, good for you!

Are you feeling off-track already?

If so, I get it.  And, this isn’t your fault.

It is so easy to get swept up in an ambitious goal or plan, only to fall off the wagon and then feel discouraged and disconnected.

And while “taking better care of myself” may be on the list of things to do, that can sometimes feel hard.

That’s why the first question I’ll ask my clients who are feeling burnt out or overwhelmed is, “how are you taking care of yourself?”  Or said another way, “how are you LOVING yourself?”

Many times, I hear that you don’t even know where to begin with self-care.

I GET IT.

I hear over and over again from clients and friends:

“I should take care of myself better… but I’m not”

Or

“things I usually do to take care of myself aren’t working for me anymore.”

Sometimes, we don’t even know what to do to feel better.

Sometimes, the things that used to bring us joy, peace, energy….don’t have the same impact that it used to.

Sometimes, we believe that we don’t have the resources (time or money) to take care of ourselves.

SO GET IT.

That’s why I created a virtual event to help you get clear on your self-care needs now so you can love yourself well in 2020.

Your 2020 Self-Care Plan

A free virtual workshop to get recharged, nourished and energized and learn how to “love yourself well” in 2020.

Thursday, February 13 at 12:30 pm CT

I’ve created this virtual workshop from nearly six years of experience in coaching and leading in-person events, and I’m thrilled to bring it to you!

Join me for this one-hour virtual workshop to get clear on your non-negotiable self-care needs for 2020…and beyond!

Because it’s time to shift from “I should be taking better care of myself” to “Now I know what I need and how to do it.”

I’d love for you to join me so you can “love yourself well” in 2020. See you there!

With Love,
Jenny

P.S. If you’ve been through this workshop before, you might enjoy it again!  Your needs change and this could be a great way to refocus and re-align!

P.P.S. I am so passionate about self-care that I recently shared more about why “Self-Care Is An Inside Job” on the CoachPath Life School PodCast with Jille Bartolome and Melanie Florsheim. Have a listen here.
