I first heard these words as they were weaved into one of Brene Brown’s powerful stories about her personal growth experience. At the time these words arrived in her life, she was early in her career as an overworking social worker and on the edge of burnout. 

But I think it applies more than ever to what I’m hearing from you:

We’re all living with BIG stuff in the world like 

  • a politically divided country
  • chaotic world news
  • a potential recession

And we’re juggling EVERYDAY stuff like

  • showing up at as our best self for work 
  • navigating kids’ schedules, nourishment and all.the.things
  • keeping our bodies healthy

It’s exhausting. And we are living like we are on fire.

So many of you are telling me that you are craving a break.

You are wanting to understand how to cope.

You want to pause to catch your breath and rest but you either don’t know how, or you’re not sure if you can. 

I’m here to tell you, my dear, that you don’t have to live in survival mode. You CAN find a path towards thriving. 

I have 2 ways to help you gently pause while ALSO receiving guided support:

1-hour Personal Growth Session 1 x 50-minute heartening coaching session to meet you where you are today and:

  • have space to  breathe and reconnect within.
  • rediscover what helps you feel best when stress gets in the way.
