I keep hearing over and over again from my clients and friends how stressful life is right now.

On top of the “normal” stress of life, some of us are navigating major changes in our homes, relationships, workplaces, community or our health.

It’s a lot.

When I get overwhelmed, my self-care practices fall to the wayside. It isn’t a conscious choice, of course, it is me responding to so much to do and falling into overwhelm.

I set aside my journal.

I forget to do my yoga.

I don’t take enough quality time to be with my husband.

I don’t take time to connect with friends.

I feel like I don’t have time to even put some nice hand lotion on my hands..or drink enough water…or…

When I forget to do these things, I suffer.

I get cranky.

I feel gross.

I am restless.

And, I’ll be honest:  when I’m not at my best, I don’t bring my best to my family or my work.

Do you know this pattern, too?  Do you ever notice some of your self-care practices slipping away? Or maybe you forget about them altogether?

It’s ok. I get it.

That’s why I’m so excited to share a free opportunity with you to help you take a pause and get nourished, recharged and energized.

I’d love to help you create your 2020 Self-Care Plan on Thursday, February 13 at 12:30 pm CT.

Register here.

This is one hour just for you!

It’s a safe space to help you to get crystal clear on your essential self-care needs now and put them into a your personal self-care plan!

I can’t wait to see you there!

With love,
