Navigating Transitions with Coach Jenny Remington

As we transition into new modes of working, socializing and BEing with others post-pandemic, many of us are feeling the impact and are asking ourselves: what habits do I want to keep? And how can I use this as a reset for something new?

In this episode we explore:

  • Complexity in our schedules is BACK! So how do we stay on track with some of the good habits we created during COVID times?
  • How a positive mindset can create more powerful motivation for the habits we want to create
  • What boundaries look like when we are creating habits

StrengthsFinder with Coach Jenny Remington

Mom &… Podcast

My coaching clients will recognize this as one of the first tools we will use to get to know each other, and to set us on the path towards greater self-awareness, self-advocacy and authentic living. One of the things that made this podcast so engaging was that the hosts each took the assessment and we explored Strengths in general….and then got PERSONAL! There is nothing like being brave and vulnerable to share in a way that others can learn from!

In this episode we explore:

  • Why StrengthsFinder is my go-to assessment tool
  • The reality that our strengths will change with life experiences (mine sure have!)
  • How the “focus on weaknesses” mentality is flawed and a more empowering way to grow and evolve
  • Our ability to “take on” a new strength
  • …and so much more!

Even if you haven’t taken the StrengthsFinder assessment, this is a fun conversation aimed at helping you know yourself better and feel more confident as you OWN your strengths.

Habits with Coach Jenny Remington

Mom &… Podcast

This podcast was off-the-cuff, short and fun! (This conversation came naturally out of our Strengths conversation so they made it a “part two”.)

In this short episode we explore:

  • The first step to creating good habits (or breaking “bad” ones)
  • Why willpower is a finite resource
  • How to make habits automatic by taking decisions out of the process

Even if you haven’t taken the StrengthsFinder assessment, this is a fun conversation aimed at helping you know yourself better and feel more confident as you OWN your strengths.

Self-Care Is An Inside Job

Coach Path LifeSchool Podcast

I LOVE to talk about self-care and the ways we can live a resourced, authentic life. It was great fun to be a guest on this podcast for coaches to encourage them to consider how self-care can contribute to their lives and coaching practice.

In this episode we explore:

  • My definition of self-care, and it might be different than you are thinking
  • My personal journey to self-care, and how it changed my life and continues to inform my work today
  • How to make self-care a priority (or at least a little easier)
  • What is the unique transformation that a person who has high standards of self-care can expect?
  • What I mean when I say “self-care is an inside job”
