Feeling overwhelmed with the transition to the school year?  You are not alone.

No matter if you are the parent of school-age kids or not, we can all FEEL things ramp up and hurdle towards the end of the year. 

Here are a few things I’m doing to keep myself grounded – maybe they will inspire you do to the same:

  • 🚦 I am being hyper vigilant about what I say YES to and make sure that what is on my calendar aligns with my values and priorities.
  • 💕 I’m trying to do something that feels like self-care everyday
  • 💦 I am making space to get into the water. Floating or exercising: all that matters is that I find relief from the heat and experience the healing power of water.
  • ⚖️ I’m sharing my workload to make sure I meet my goals at home and in my business (exciting details below).
