Hi There,

I blinked and the summer is half over.

(Spoiler alert: there is just about a month of summer left for many families with school-aged kids.)

If you often find yourself at the end of a season (summer, the holidays, or even every single weekend!) wishing that you could have some of that time back because it slipped by so fast, then this is the topic for you!

My intention this summer is to find margin in all parts of my life and enjoy the space that gives me.

What do I mean by MARGIN?

For me this summer, having margin means not cramming in so many things to my day, allowing space for ease or fun and saying “yes” more.

For you, margin might be less rushing and more “white space”.

Or having margin might be feeling less squeeeeeezed and feeling more of a “cushion”.

Or maybe having margin will help you feel less stuck and enjoy more “wiggle room”.

To put it simply, margin the space between the load you are carrying – as in, all the things and people you are responsible for – and your capacity – as in, when you reach your breaking point.

Not having margin feels like not being able to catch your breath…while being chased by a tiger…while wearing flip flops. (Yay! Summer!)

Having margin feels like taking a deep breath and lingering with it. Stressors are still there, of course, we just feel more capacity to deal with what comes our way.

When you find margin, it feels like a gift.

I believe margin is an essential ingredient in a purposeful life. I’ve been working with my 1-on-1 clients helping them create margin for a while now now I want to share that process with you in a DIY way.

That’s why I’m so excited to help you create space instead of stress with The Gift Of Margin,  my newest downloadable workbook.

Building margin is an active process but it doesn’t have to be hard. In fact, I’d love to guide you through this simple and straightforward workbook to find more margin in your life so you can create space and reduce your stress.

It has been so rewarding to create more margin in my life and to watch my clients create margin in theirs. This workbook is a great way for you to have my coaching in a do-it-yourself way that fits in with your summer schedule.

Here’s to creating space instead of stress in your summer!

Love,

Jenny
