Hi There,


Every year on New Year’s Day I sit down and reflect on the previous year. It helps me to feel grounded, joyful and clear to consider everything that I experienced in the past 12 months. 

This is my own personal ritual for the New Year because it helps me tune into my intuition and feel energized – and that’s my wish for you.

Through coaching, I’m reminded almost daily that not stopping to reflect, consider and acknowledge our accomplishments sets us up for a continuous cycle of “never-enough” thinking.

If we shift this habit of holding out on ourselves we can then allow ourselves to FEEL the full experience of being human. You DESERVE to celebrate. And celebration is an excellent way to feel complete and ready for what is to come! 

So, if you’d like to join me here are a few questions you can journal on and explore: 

(note from your coach:  These questions invite us to CHOOSE what we will take from the experience. It is meant to empower us, reinforce our agency, power and growth.)

  • What am I grateful for in my life right now?
  • What are three things I can celebrate from this past year? (Bonus: GO BIG! If you are feeling it, keep adding to your list!)
  • What do I want to say about the year on Dec. 31, 2024? (Write as if it has already happened and you are reflecting back.) (pro-tip:  save this journal entry and refer back to it and marvel at just how much you have grown!)
