Over the past *ahem* several months I have had the seemingly “hard” task of updating my website.

My goal was to create something that feels fresh and reflects who I am today. After more than 700 hours of coaching a couple hundred people over the past five years, I’ve evolved my business and myself! I am very clear on who I am as a coach, who my clients are and the power of a meaningful coaching connection.

I partnered with three professionals to help me turn my vague ideas into a crisp and beautiful website. And even with their expertise and guidance, I took myself on a bumpy ride.

In the middle of this process, I was navigating a very difficult personal tragedy. My emotions were high and, at one point, I wanted to scrap the whole process, claiming the timing just wasn’t right.

But the truth was I was rumbling with the vulnerability that comes with stepping out of your comfort zone and playing bigger.

To truly overhaul the website and bring forth all the things I’ve learned over the past five years, I had to get really clear. I had to get my hands dirty and take a hard look at what was working, who my clients are and how I want to evolve and grow my business.

And, I’ll be honest with you:  it felt really vulnerable for me to put my face front and center. Hello, world! Here I am.

As with most hard things, once we are on the other side of it, we can see how far we have come. We can recognize that the rough spots were necessary to the process for a meaningful outcome.

Here’s a sneak peek of the new website. I can’t wait to share it with you very, very soon!

Love,

Jenny
