How are you doing in 2019 so far?

Feeling refreshed and raring to go?

Or maybe you wish you could just get a little more supercharged?

I hear you.

My clients are always looking for things to help them get energized so that can get focused and clear.

So, I thought I would share three fun ways to help you get energized and focused for the New Year.

1. Create a word for the year
As I was getting to know one of my new clients in one of our first sessions, she told me her word of the year is FLOURISH. (good one, Robyn!) I started asking around and the people that inspire me, and they, too had words: Extraordinary… Balance… Peace… Joy… Open-heart…

Having a word to focus on and remember can be that loving reminder for you of what’s really important this year.

Do you already have a word? Hit reply. I’d love to hear!  And if you’d like some help thinking about your word, email me and let’s see if we can’t find a word that inspires and energizes you for 2019.

2. Find a planner that works for you
Organization and time management are two topics that come up a lot as “problems” that seem to keep people in a state of overwhelm and distracted from their true passions and interests.  (More on this specific distraction another time…)

This is a two-part problem:  we need the habits AND a good system/planner.

My strategy around organized is to experiment. I like novelty! Every year I try a new planner and a new journal so I can have personal experience with different systems.

For example, this year I am trying the Full Focus Planner and the Rocketbook. In past years, I have used:  VoltPanda and Franklin CoveyProductivity Planner, to name a few.

Each one has features that will appeal to different people for different reasons.

Bottom line: There is no one-size fits all. It’s got to work for you.

When you have a planner that fits you like a glove – you’ll be knocking off those to-do’s with more ease and showing up where you are supposed to be with grace!  And for me, the novelty of a new planner each year keeps things exciting and me (slightly more) productive. Win-win 🙂

3. Create a Vision Board
A Vision Board is a powerful, personal and visual representation of what you want to create in your life or business. It’s an amazingly powerful tool to bring clarity to your desires.

And when you bring clarity to what you want, you begin the process of aligning your life to fulfill that vision.I have led hundreds of women in creating Vision Boards every year in The Visioning Experience.

And nearly half of all my participants come back year after year!

Last year I added a private Vision Integration session after the workshop to help you clarify your unique Vision and how to make it work for you so you can start 2019 off with a strong heart and mind.

And the feedback was wonderful!

“I hadn’t made these connections until our [vision integration] session. I needed this and now I have so much more clarity.  It is all right in front of me.”  – Courtney

Truly:  when a client reflects on the deeper meanings of her board that she was creating while having fun… it feels like magic.

I have just EIGHT spots left for the 2018 Visioning Experience on February 2 or 3.(February 1 is already sold out!)

I can’t wait to see you there!  And if you’ve been before, I’d love to welcome you back.  I bet you will enjoy it even morethis year!

Jenny
